The (newest, raster style) OSC7.8 Oscilloscope clock kit

The OSC7.8 kit is a professionally made pc board and the components to populate it, including the ICs and the preprogrammed ESP32 module written with my firmware and the toroidal transformer. I supply the instructions for assembly and a parts list (in digital format) with the board and components. Email me at: howchon@hotmail.com. Click the links below to open the files individually. Price = $130 + shipping for the kit & components. I have some crts available at varying prices according to scarcity. Some CRT types that I have used with this board are: DG7-6, 2AP1, 2BP1, 6Lo1i, 3RP1 and 3BP1.

The (vector style) upgraded to "system" font OSC4.6 Oscilloscope clock kit
An unsolicited testimonial:
"Howard, Wanted to send you a few pictures of the evolving project. Reduced Rfilament to 1ohm to realize a ~6.2VAC heater voltage. Focus and intensity of the CRT looks good. Energized the native oscilloscope circuit to illuminate the 'scope display grid. Very happy with how this is coming together. I wanted to thank you for all your effort and great execution on this. Very impressive that you single handedly integrated high voltage electronics, consumer-grade AC power conversion circuits, analog amp design, data converters, PIC programming, user experience design using a 3 button interface, submicron GPS chipset programming and system integration all at the same time. Not to mention being available to answer questions during the build! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help with your future goals, projects, and endeavors. Brian"

Scope Clocks built using the original OSC4.4 vector kit !

The clock above was built using the kit. The custom case and mount were made by the builder. This is another clock built using the kit board. The builder used a 3" crt and custom built the mounting block.
This is another kit built using a 6Lo1i with battery backup. A very unique design from Bad Dog Designs built using the kit and an ECG monitor.
This is another view of the kit built inside the ECG monitor - beautiful ! A 3SP11 in custom case built from the kit by a friend.
A kit build running the alternative program by oz2cpu A really cool kit build in a scope chassis.
Very unique build using the 3RP1 crt. Very original build using vintage shoe polisher as housing !
A build from the kit (left) next to the 6Lo1i scope clock, built by a friend in Japan. Really radical build by a friend from out west; calls to mind the science fiction of Jules Verne !
A mike stand build ! Some heavy metal !
A build in another type of vintage enclosure ! Using 50HB1 CRT type !
Very unique stainless & wood stand ! Very elegant base & really nice CRT stand !
A really artistic build !
This one makes me think of "Metropolis"
A very original build in a bird house !
Minions ! Super retro design !
Awesome design by Daniel Horner from the U.K !
Kit in a Dumont 208-B (circa 1947) ! This was built using the customized OSC4.5 board for 5" CRTs
Very unique build with a 1CP1 CRT! Looks like the CRT is water cooled : D
Excellent build using the complete kit with enclosure for a DG7-6. Another excellent build from the complete kit with a 6Lo1i.
Very unique and artistic build!
Another excellent re-purposed scope! This is a classic EICO!
Yet another successful kit build! ...and another!
Another great build in a classic 'scope!
A great example of a build from the OSC7.0 kit! With custom built natural wood base!

OSC7.1 build.
The same OSC7.1 kit build on a slideshow screen. Well done!
And another successful OSC4.5 build! The slight bend in the display is likely caused by a little EMI.
An elegant OSC7.0 build. Custom created with intricate woodburning.
An OSC7.1 build on a 5BP1 Very neat!
oscilloscope case. Always a good idea!
OSC7.0 on a DG7-6 Very neat work!
