Instructions for ILC1:

On power up, the display will read 60 for 60HZ (USA) or 50 for 50HZ (other countries).

Next the display will read 12 for 12 hour format.
At this point, 12 / 24 hour mode can be selected, with or without leading zero.
While the display reads 12, the options for display mode can be selected.
Press fast set to cycle through the options.
12 = 12 hour format, no leading zero.
02 = 12 hour format, leading zero
24 = 24 hour, no leading zero
04 = 24 hour format, leading zero
Press slow set once to save the format and exit to return to startup mode.

Next, the display will start counting at 12:00:00

To set the time manually use the fast set and slow set buttons.

To toggle the display on / off press and hold toggle for one second.

To select the time zone for auto time set, press and hold slow set and press toggle and release both.
Press fast set to advance the time zone shown in the hours portion, and when the correct zone is selected, press slow set twice to return to run mode.

To set the time via GPS or Wi-Fi module (if equipped), press fast set and hold, press slow set and then release both.

To set the DST or daylight savings time press and hold fast set and press toggle and then release both.
For DST = off, the display will show all zeroes, and for DST = on, all ones.
Press fast set to change.
Press toggle to return to run mode.
